Shipping & Return Policy
All orders placed will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding non shipping business hours- saturdays and sundays). Orders placed on a weekend or a non-working holiday would be processes on the next business day.
All Shipments are subject to item availability as at the time orders are being processed. We would ensure orders are processed in the order in which it was received.
We do not have flat-rate shipping; shipping costs will be based on the size and weight of your final order.
We have a 30 days return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unworn and with tags.
Once your return is received and inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you have returned an item and you haven't received a refund in your account after 5 business days from the time we received your return. Please let us know immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look in to it.
