Item didn’t work out? No problem. We’ll make the return process as smooth and painless as possible. To return an item, a Return Authorization is required. Returns requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the order and a return must be received not more than 30 days from when the order was placed. A prepaid label would be provided when the request is approved. The cost of the provided pre- paid return label would be deducted from the refund amount.

We have a 30 days return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. No items will be accepted that have been worn, soiled, flawed, smell of cigarettes, perfume, other odors and/or are covered with animal hair. If your item does not pass the inspection, item will be returned to buyer at buyer's expense.

Please include the bottom half of your packing list in the returned package as well, this is required in order to process your return. If you no longer have your packing list, please include a printout of the email confirmation of your order in its place.

Please note: There is a tamper proof security tag attached to our special occasion items. If the tamper proof lock is broken and tag is detached from the item, we cannot accept the return.

Once your return is received, please allow for 48 hours within business days in order for us to process and inspect your return. If the criteria for a return are met -if it is received within 30 days, in its original unused condition, and with the tamper proof security tag attached - you will be approved for a refund and your refund will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your return.


We are unable to offer exchanges. To exchange an item, please return your order in line with our return policy and place a new order for the item you would like to receive.

We will send a prepaid label to you to return the item back to us and we will ship a replacement item as soon as the returned item is received by the carrier.
